Salon Employees

Cheri started Salon Nouveau in 1990 and has since guided many amazing stylists from fresh-out-of-beauty-school graduates to master designers. Cheri is true to her commitment of environmentalism in business and in her personal life and guides us all towards this goal.

Stephanie has worked at Salon Nouveau since the Granger location opened in February 2007.  She is our salon manager at Heritage Square and  manages inventory.  She  is and Aveda mentor and is especially knowledgeable about Aveda products.

Andrea specializes in curly hair and Beauty Locks Extensions. She is our salon manager at our Ironwood location and also an Aveda Cutting Advisor, educating staff and guests on all Aveda products.

We refer her to Bella around the salon. She joined our team in June 2010. She is in charge of our Guest Services at our Ironwood location and is also our wedding coordinator. Bella is working at Ironwood and Heritage Square during the Holiday season. Bella is also one of our Aveda Mentors. She does all of our email blasts for the salon.

Tess is working at our Heritage Square location while she completes her education at Indiana University South Bend. She would be happy to help you with any of your scheduling needs.  She is also our wedding coordinator!

Cheryl is part of our senior staff and joined Salon Nouveau in January, 1994.  She is a Master Designer and has attended many classes in Italy, Las Vegas, Chicago and Cincinnati to name a few.  Cheryl enjoys all aspects of hair and would love to refresh your look or give you something completely new! She works at both of our salon locations! 

Dawn is a Master Designer & has been part of the Salon Nouveau team since August 1994. She has visited Germany & Italy for hair coloring & cutting education. She is a Pivot Point & Aveda Salon Cutting Coach, and a salon educator for assistants. 

Jen is a Master Designer & has been with Salon Nouveau since August 1994. Jen has trained in Italy, Las Vegas, Chicago, Cincinnati, Lansing and more.

Leslie has been with our salon family since June 1999. She works at our Ironwood location. She has naturally curly hair, so if you are looking for someone who knows how to cut and style curly hair she is your girl!

Marika has been part of Salon Nouveau since October 2003. She is our Artistic Manager, keeping us up with classes to learn the new trends and techniques.  She specializes in up-do's and loves working with brides! Marika is also a certified  Brazilian Blowout stylist, an innovative and effective professional smoothing treatment that leaves hair smooth, healthy and fizz-free.

Brandi graduated from beauty school in May 2002. She joined us at our Granger location in February 2007. Her favorite service to provide is color; whether it's refreshing a previous look or creating a new one, she always makes sure her clients leave with a smile on their face.

Brandi finished her Masters training through Aveda this year which allows her to teach Aveda hair color to salons all over the country.

Becky joins us at our Granger location with many years experience from both the administrative and creative ends of the salon business. She keeps up with the newest in fashion and hair trends for cuts and color by attending advanced training classes in New York, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and London, but considers men's cuts and styles her specialty.

Heidi has just been promoted to Master Designer.  She specializes in So. Cap hair extensions at our Granger location. Book a consultation with her to find more out about her protein bonded extensions. She just recently became one of our two Aveda In-Salon Color coaches and looks forward to bringing new color trends and techniques that she learns into our salon.

Katelyn joined our team in October 2006. She has a great eye for style and color. Not only does Katelyn enjoy doing hair she also specializes in facial waxing, manicures and pedicures at our Ironwood location.  She is an expert at Shellac & french polish applications!

Sheila works at the Ironwood location. She is a very kind and patient person. She has a wonderful touch and a fabulous skill for cutting & color which will make your experience relaxing and enjoyable.  

Michelle has been excelling as a very talented stylist, in both color and cutting. Her clientele is growing quickly. She is exceptional at helping her guests achieve the look she creates by sharing her product knowledge and techniques with them.

Ashley works at our Ironwood location and is at our Granger location on Wednesdays! Her forte is cutting curly hair. Ashley also has a fun and trendy fashion sense that shows in her personality and style. When booking with Ashley treat yourself to one of her manicures or pedicures.

Lyndsey works at both locations. She is talented in both color and cutting. Her flair for the unusual keeps her always trying new styles. She recently organized her first photo shoot!  Watch for her looks on Facebook and our newa & events page!

Gloria graduated beauty school in February 2007 and has been a part of the Salon Nouveau family since she graduated. Gloria enjoys working in all aspects of the beauty industry from color, cutting to make-up. Book your Bridal Make-up appointment with her at our Ironwood location.  Gloria is now taking what we hope to be a short Mommy sabbatica.

Andi has been with us since 2008, working with our guest coordinator team through her senior year of high school and all through cosmetology school. Since finishing our in salon training, she has been promoted from salon assistant to Jr Designer and is building her salon guest list. She has a lot of natural talent and her creativity shows thru the up-do's she creates with her clients.  Andi is also so great at our front desk that she now trains all new staff for both salons!

Kristen joined us in the summer of 2010 after completing her cosmetology education and works at our Granger location. She also has two bachelor's degrees one in Art History and another in Studio Art. She loves expressing her creativity and artistic edge by creating fresh color looks for her guests! Kristen also uses her talent editing our Facebook & website.

Welcome Arica, she has finished our salon training and has been promoted from assistant to Jr. Designer

Chelsie joined Salon Nouveau in November 2010.  She just finished up our assiting program and is ready to taker on her own clients! She enjoys doing all aspects of her job, but especially love to express the creativity she brings to the salon by providing beautiful color for her guests!

Tricia joined Salon Nouveua in Novemeber 2010.  She recently graduated from beauty school and is attending classes to further her education and to better preprare her for her career in cosmetology.  Tricia has a bachelor's degree in Fine Art majoring in Fashion Design, giving her an artistic eye for style, trend, and composition.  Get a relaxing manicure, pedicure or Shellac from Tricia during your color process or make-up touch up when you're done!

Breanna graduated from the Elkhart Area Career Center last year and is excited to start her cosmotologey career! Right now she is continuing to further her education with color and cutting classes.  She enjoys doing updos and creating a special connection with her clients!

Elle enjoys visualizing the perfect look for each individual client.  She strives to stay current with new styles and trends by taking color and cutting classes! She wants every client to leave her chair feeling gorgeous!

Michelle loves doing make-up applications and updos! She is currently taking cutting and color classes to learn advanced techniques.  She is great at trying out edgy new styles and wants every guest to leave feeling amazing!

Christina loves relaxing her guest while working to achieve the results with  their skin that they desire. Nancy has been with our salon family since August 2006. She is our Aveda In-Salon Coach for skin, staying up on all of Aveda's new techniques in facials and massage for all skin types. Nancy is also our waxing specialist with an eye for arching and keeping you smooth from head to toe. 

Samantha has been an esthetician and make-up artist for seven years.  She has also recently graduated from cosmotology school! Come in and treat yourself in our wonderful new spa with a facial, massage, body treatment, pedicure or manicure!  Samantha is a fabulous make-up artist and educator!  Come and see her for any of your special occasion makeup needs!

Heather has been a make-up artists for over ten years and a lisensed esthetician for eight years.   She has a passion for helping guests understand thier skin and project thier innermost beauty at any age.  Heather has persued advanced training in make-up and waxing as well as current trends in skin care. She also gives great manicures & pedicures & loves our new Shellac nail services as well!

Karen has been a nail tech since 1994, and has worked here with us at our Ironwood location since November 1997. Karen is the only nail tech that does acrylic nails. Her theory is, "Have your client leave feeling how you'd want to feel", which is why she is always busy from morning to night with her frequent loyal clients.  Now  Shellac is here and Karen loves giving her guests this new service too!

Willow will soon be joining us at our Heritage Square location. She is the only one to do sculpted pink and white nails. The manicures and pedicures she gives are incredible. She also loves "Shellac" and is a perfectionist, every client leaves feeling tranquil and revitalized.

Jamie is new to our salon team and currently works at our Ironwood location as a guest coordinator!  She loves meeting new people! Welcome Jamie!
