For The Bride

Salon Nouveau is honored to be a part of your wedding day! In this packet, you will find a list of our essential beauty and wellness services. A facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure in addition to hair and cosmetic services will ensure that you are a radiant and tranquil bride. Your wedding photographs will be perfect when the groom is also relaxed with a massage, haircut, and manicure. We require a few items to ensure that the day of your wedding runs as smoothly as possible.

Refreshments

Salon Nouveau provides the Wedding Party with coffee, tea, juices, water and hors d’oeuvres. You are more than welcome to
bring additional items!

Securing Appointment Date

Your appointment date(s) will be secured when the signed contract has been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a first come first serve basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and credit card confirmation on file.

We are more than happy to accommodate appointments before 8:00 A.M. at our South Bend location. These appointments will have an additional charge.

Cancellations/Refunds

Clients canceling within fourteen days of the scheduled appointments will be charged in full.

Things to Remember

• We ask that you and your guests arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time with clean, dry hair to ensure that the services begin on time.
• Don’t forget that there is a credit card on file to be charged in violation of the contract.
  • Any appointments that are cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event will be charged to the card
  • Please inform your guests of this policy
• If receiving a makeup application, please arrive with no makeup on.
• Wear a shirt that will be easy to remove without disrupting your hair.
